I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms and very friendly staff, although there was some noise issue due to loud neighbors. The beach location was excellent, but the cleanliness could have been better in certain areas.

On the positive side, it's an amazing location, but it can get overcrowded by 9 am. Overall, it's a perfect spot for a younger crowd looking to enjoy the nightlife in Dewey Beach.
